General Booking and Scheduling Policies

Reservation Confirmation: All sessions must be booked in advance through the site and are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a valid booking confirmation.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session(s). Payment is made online and processed directly through the site.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, in order to provide the best service to all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee with no refund issued.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session(s) up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without incurring any additional fees. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not guaranteed to be honored by the instructor, and may incur a rescheduling fee. Late reschedule requests must be made in writing, either by email or any other communication method used.

Late Arrival: Please be punctual for your scheduled session(s). If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and no additional time will be added.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee with no refund issued.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, but this is done on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such circumstances.

  1. ā€‹Arrive at each session well-prepared and on time.Ā 

  2. Approach all conversations honestly AND respectfully. This includes text-based communication as well.

  3. Make the necessary adjustments to your sessions (reschedule or cancel) WITHIN the expected time frames.
