Sonia M

Hey! I’m Sonia — a digital nomad, writer, and creative who works across copywriting and digital marketing. I was born and raised in Italy, with roots in Cameroon and Nigeria, and all of my culture is Italian (with a mix of other things I’ve picked up along the way). I usually just say I’m a Black Italian — if that’s a thing, and I think it should be.

I work with brands and businesses around the world, helping them sound more human and connect with the people they actually want to reach. I speak Italian as my first language, use English every day, and also speak French and Portuguese. I’ve studied Italian Sign Language and I’m currently learning Korean, slowly but with love.

Outside of work, I’m into yoga, spirituality, and conversations that go deep. You can usually find me in a new city, hunting the best vegan restaurants and figuring things out as I go. I share a lot of that over on Instagram (personal and pro accounts shared in the icons – click to connect!).
